    This is by the far the best balloon shine on the market!! It makes such a big difference to the balloons especially as overtime balloons tend to oxidize. Highly recommend especially for outdoor events.

    Purchased this product to spray my balloons it was windy outside so my balloons were looking oxides so I sprayed the shine on and they were looking much brighter afterwards

    I've never even thought that such a thing exists. It really saved my party on my wife's jubilee when I got poor quality balloons that lacked shining (I bought them in another store). This shine is a must if want to make your decor unforgettable.
