04" Birthday Candles and Dots Holograhic Balloon is a Mini Air Fill design by Convergram.

This Mylar & Foil balloon fills with air only and secures around an air fill balloon cup for stick mounting. It measures 4 inches across when inflated and presents a holographic birthday candle and polka dot pattern on both sides.

This balloon is not self-sealing and requires a heat sealer or other sealing tool to close the neck. A typical sealing technique involves pinching the neck to hold air and then applying a heat sealer above the pinch point. It ships packaged uninflated. Cup and stick attachments are sold separately.

These mini balloons are extremely popular at floral shops and grocery stores. Many are added to gift baskets and gifts for birthday celebrations. They also accent large-scale decor and are incorporated into balloon arches and garlands when secured to sticks.
