18" Welcome Baby Dots Flat Balloon is a Standard mylar & foil product by Qualatex.

This Standard model represents the most economical option for mylar balloons. It is made of lightweight metallised mylar and foil film and can be inflated with a straw, hand pump, electric inflator, or helium regulator. When filled with helium it holds gas for up to two weeks. The flat profile makes it suitable for applications where a two-dimensional element is needed. This design includes a baby theme expressed through welcome baby dots.
