Phrase balloons can be used for a wide range of decor and photo ops! Use them to add some extra flair to your event or party or to be used as a photo prop. These balloons are self-sealing, so no heat sealer is required. Can be inflated with a straw, balloon hand pump or electric inflator and you're ready to go! Inflating with helium will allow the balloon to float. Can be secured with fishing line or ribbon to any object, or a balloon weight. Of course in most cases you may not require them to float and can be inflated with air only. Add them to existing balloon decor as the center piece or secure them to wall, table or chair. Hang with ribbon, string, fishing line by running it through the tabs on the balloon. Balloon curling ribbon may not provide enough strength and may snap in some cases if force, tension or high winds are applied.
