Other stuffer devices may require the neck of the balloon to be rolled down the collar by a large amount. Latex stuffing balloons should only be secured to the edge of the collar to allow room to stretch. See image highlighted in green.

Very Good QualityI own a balloon stuffing machine and I tried several balloons in several sizes and I could not get opening of the balloon around the top of the machine without t tearing. So I ordered the balloons from this company and they are great. No ripping or tearing.
