This unique balloon expander is designed to stretch balloons from 6" through 18". It is especially useful in mounting the balloons on the Super Stuffer floral tube. It reduces balloon breakage and stress on your hands instead stretching a balloon neck manually. It has 8 raised prongs that expand or collapse when adjusting the handle. Intended for use with the Super Stuffer and Puff 'N Stuff. Balloon in image not included.
